A software-based keylogger is a computer program designed to record any input from the keyboard.[7] Keyloggers are used in IT organizations to troubleshoot technical problems with computers and business networks. Families and businesspeople use keyloggers legally to monitor network usage without their users' direct knowledge. Microsoft publicly stated that Windows 10 has a built-in keylogger in its final version "to improve typing and writing services".[8] However, malicious individuals can use keyloggers on public computers to steal passwords or credit card information. Most keyloggers are not stopped by HTTPS encryption because that only protects data in transit between computers; software-based keyloggers run on the affected user's computer, reading keyboard inputs directly as the user types.
Rebooting the computer using a Live CD or write-protected Live USB is a possible countermeasure against software keyloggers if the CD is clean of malware and the operating system contained on it is secured and fully patched so that it cannot be infected as soon as it is started. Booting a different operating system does not impact the use of a hardware or BIOS based keylogger.

Do you wish to continue"? yes No". im thinking one solution for this but i dunno the way. solution is:human eye persistance is 0.1sec so if we are able to close the pop-up box in 0.1 sec or even less nobody would detect. i have tried to install the setup(install.exe) with batch programming. Here two problems are there im getting:1. To install the program via cmd prompt(we must know the path to where it is downloaded) it is difficult to know on the victims computer cause some may use idm,dap or ordinary download etc different have different output locations.(assuming it is c users documents downloads and i have binded it with a video named motivation,i shall bind another batch program also along with them)@echo offcd "C:\users\john\doucmetns\downloads"c:motivation(now it is getting executed,video is playing but displaying the pop up conformation box asking yes or no)(think a logic here our batch program and the ardamax keylogger both will be in the same location, would this logic helps in anyway?)2. so, if we are able to click yes(within 0.1sec) our problem is solved. hey mate, im from malaysia, if u read bout the issue, our goverment blocked all access to file sharing sites except ziddu n i cant even go to fileserve via vtunnel n so on.so now ive downloaded the ardamax keylogger via download.com but u know, i still dont have the registration key. is there anyway u can provide me that?thanks
hey john....I hav downloaded d files but when i m installing the ARDAMAX KEYLOGGER its got detected by anti virus nd its nt installing..but thn i disabled my antivirus nd installed it nd it installed successfully nd working nd thn when i created the keylogger file (i.e.- install.exe) its also got detected by antivirus bt somehow i created the file after disabling my antivirus nd crypted the file using CRYPTOR bt thn also the file is got detected by the antivirus...PLS TELL ME WHAT TO DO..SO AS TO NOT TO GET DEDUCTED BY ANY ANTIVIRUS..THANK YOU

hi john thanks 4 ur blog.i really like ur blog.dear i wanna ask u that i did all process which u have told, i mean i have account on drivehq.com,and there i have make folder of logs as well.i have made keylogger file through ardamax software.i have sent keylogger file to my friend through yahoo chat box through "send file" option and he open and install in his pc.but i didnot get any data (any screen shots and keylogs) from him.24 hours has gone and still i didnt get any data.plz help
Francis-hi john,,,i tried to install the ardamax keylogger buy a message pop up and it says "ardamax is already installed in your computer, please uninstall it first before installing new one,,,,how to uninstall it ??,,,because i cant see the icon in may task bar...thnx ur a genius man!
Peter.Hi John. I have succesfully completed all steps and got the instalation file. I tested the file on mu lap-top and it worked perfect.The antivirus found it (asked me if I want to install ardamax ) but I have received the logs on mu drivehq account. So far Ok. But I have copied the instalation file on USB and tried to install it on the victim's computer. The victim's lap top does not have any firewall's, antivirus, nothing, but when I double click on the instalation file , nothing happens. Ardamax does not start installation at all :( The victims lap top runs on win xp, could this be a problem? Please , some advice...thanks
